Treatment Focus

Guided Solutions offers Sex Therapy! The treatment focus is collaborative. You are part of your own growth and change. I am here to support you through that. We will work with Sexual issues related to intimacy, arousal, dysfunctions, disabilities, identity, kink and more. I am open and comfortable with topics that some other therapists may not be. I want to be a source of support for you and/or your partner(s).

Population and Modality of Services

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide therapy to individuals, couples, "thruples" and groups through Videoconferencing, allowing a supportive and an interactive therapeutic relationship. People come to therapy for various reasons and it is critical to provide a safe space for you. I am fluent in American Sign Language and a supporter of the Deaf community. I am allied with the LGBTQIA community and hold membership with AASECT, Human Rights Campaign, Trevor Project and PLFAG.
