For all Out-of-Network insurance plans:

We can provide you with a Superbill which details the services you received. For some plans you can submit these bills and receive partial or full reimbursement, per your plan coverage. Please feel free to ask us how this works. However, make sure to verify any coverage with your insurance.

Headway

No show and late cancellation fee is a $100 flat rate for ALL Scheduled appointments. ALL sessions must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session or there will be an automatic charge. Sessions will only be help up to 15 minutes.
